These terms govern the website at veltstack.com, operated by Ömer Halis Demir under the Veltstack brand.
3. What We Offer
Veltstack provides website building, digital refresh, mobile app building, SEO, technical audit, and maintenance and support services.
Information on the site is for promotional purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or commitment. Exact scope, timeline and fees are defined per project in a separate written agreement or quotation.
4. What We Ask of You
When using the site, please:
- Use the site only for lawful purposes and in good faith
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information in the contact form
- Refrain from actions that harm the site, threaten security or infringe third-party rights
- Do not copy or commercially use site content, images or brand elements without permission
5. Intellectual Property
Text, images, logos, design and software elements on the site belong to Veltstack or its licensors. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used to create derivative works without prior written consent.
Intellectual property in client projects is governed separately in the relevant project agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Liability for indirect damage, data loss or business loss is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Veltstack is not responsible for the content of third-party links.
7. Contact and Quotation Process
Information submitted via the contact form is used to prepare quotations and for preliminary discussions. Acceptance of a quotation is confirmed by written approval or contract signature.

8. Security
There is no public user account on the site. The admin panel is accessible only to authorised persons.

Disputes are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey; Istanbul (Central) courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.
