Yes. We build sites that serve content in multiple languages, with Turkish and English being the most common pair. Language routing, translation infrastructure and SEO-friendly URL structures are planned as part of the project; if you already have translations, we integrate them into the system.

Timeline depends on scope. A marketing website is typically 2–6 weeks; corporate or e-commerce projects 6–12 weeks; mobile apps may take longer depending on features. A clear schedule is shared after discovery.

Yes. A written agreement covering scope, delivery, revision rights, intellectual property and confidentiality is signed so both parties' rights are protected.

Pricing depends on project scope, page or feature count, design complexity, third-party integrations, content preparation and delivery timeline. Service pages show reference ranges; the final quote is shared in writing after the discovery call. Unexpected scope changes are presented for your approval before proceeding.

As stated in the project agreement, source code, domain, hosting and third-party account access are transferred to you. Veltstack aims to give clients full ownership of their digital assets.

Yes. Through our digital refresh service we audit your current site, report performance and SEO gaps, and propose restructuring with a modern stack.

Yes. We treat core security practices as standard: HTTPS, secure authentication and access control. We configure automatic backups on hosting and database providers; for critical projects we add extra backup and restore procedures. Maintenance packages include regular backup checks and security updates.

Each design and building phase includes a defined number of revision rounds set out in the contract. Minor adjustments fall within those rounds; requests that expand scope—new features or pages—are evaluated separately. Revision allowances are stated clearly in the quote and agreement.

If you don't yet have a logo, colour palette or typography, we analyse your audience and sector during discovery and propose a foundational visual language. If full brand identity work is out of scope, we build a consistent UI design system for the project and structure it so it can adapt when brand work is added later.

Yes. We target Core Web Vitals through image optimisation, code splitting, caching strategies and modern hosting. Performance tests run before launch; maintenance packages include ongoing monitoring and improvement recommendations.

Yes. At launch we configure Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and, when needed, tools such as Meta Pixel. We also provide brief onboarding support for reading basic conversion events and search performance dashboards.

Depending on needs, we offer a custom admin panel or headless CMS integration. We set up a structure where you can update blog posts, service pages, project galleries and contact forms without writing code. Panel scope is specified separately in the project quote.

Yes. Payment gateways such as Stripe, iyzico and PayTR; marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp or Resend; and various CRM or ERP API integrations are planned based on project scope. Integration complexity is assessed during discovery and reflected in the quote.
